A full refund.

If CNIPA issues a total refusal notice for your guaranteed application, we refund the full amount paid for that application. A partial refusal does not qualify.

Choose guaranteed application
01

Refund on total refusal

The refund is triggered by CNIPA’s total refusal notice. You do not have to wait for a refusal review.

02

Partial refusal is excluded

A refusal affecting only some goods or services does not qualify for this full-refund commitment.

03

Your choice: refund or review credit

If you want a refusal review, you can choose to apply the refundable amount toward its separately quoted price.

Application requirements
What does self-service mean?

You choose goods/services, enter applicant details and upload the required documents through this portal. Your application is checked before filing through a Chinese trademark agency. Completing the online form is not a direct submission to CNIPA.

What does the guaranteed application cover?

If CNIPA issues a total refusal notice for your guaranteed application, we refund the full amount paid for that application. A partial refusal does not qualify. You do not need to pursue a refusal review before requesting a refund. If you choose a refusal review, you may instead apply the refundable amount as credit toward the separately quoted review fee. The credit is optional and requires your agreement.

Can I select individual products and services?

Yes. The complete WIPO NCL(13-2026) English catalogue contains 10,123 basic entries across all 45 classes. Search a term, tick each relevant item and build a multi-class shortlist. China-specific subclasses and final Chinese filing terms are reviewed before filing.

What documents must I upload?

All three routes require the applicant’s identity/registration document, trademark artwork and signed power of attorney. Foreign-language documents need Chinese translations before filing; you can upload translations or request assistance. Priority claims, portraits and color claims may require additional files. The final step shows your personalized checklist.

What happens if only some items are refused?

A partial refusal does not trigger the guaranteed-application refund. The full refund is triggered by a CNIPA total refusal notice for the guaranteed application. You do not need to complete a refusal review before requesting that refund.

When do I pay?

The scope and final price must be confirmed before payment. Sample prices are shown for design review only; the guaranteed service is quote-based. Payment processing is not live in this preview.

Can I return to my uploaded documents?

Yes. Sign in to the Customer center to view your applications, files, quotes, payment status and case updates across devices. You can also link earlier drafts saved in this browser to your account. No live payments or official filings occur in this preview.

Not sure which route fits?

Self-service: you are comfortable selecting goods and preparing documents. Professional assistance: you need classification, translation or pre-filing guidance. Guaranteed: you want the stated full-refusal refund commitment and a tailored quote. It does not guarantee registration.
